Aluminum Clips for vacuum-shrink bag closing
A widespread way of packaging (mainly cheese products), and more particularly large hard cheese pieces, is the vacuum-shrink bag tightly closed with a metal clip. This method involves the use of a simple vacuum machine with a nozzle and a hot water tank.
All clips have strong, rounded edges to prevent any damage to the bag. They are especially suited for strong packaging, such as in artificial sausage casings, and where an extremely tight seal is required, such as vacuum-shrink bags for packing hard cheeses in a “wheel” or a “head” form.
